WOMEN'S FITNESS KICKBOXING
Women's Fitness Kickboxing is not your typical LA Fitness Cardio Kickboxing class.
We use the same techniques that competitive kickboxers are taught and incorporate them into a fitness based workout, the idea being a fun, very hard workout with participants learning and using correct kickboxing techniques without sparring.
Participants are grouped with one or more partners and follow the punch/kick combinations shown by the instructor. The class is an hour long with the ideal goal being 1,100 calories burned. Think you're up for the challenge?
