20 Drinking Birds

10 SL Deadlifts

5 Slow Push Ups

E2MOM x 8 Rounds


Rounds 1-4 - 5 Reps

Rounds 5-8 - 3 Reps

Against a 2-minute running clock, complete as reps as possible of:

Row 300/250 Meters

Max Reps of Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)

Rest 2 minutes while a partner does their round, and workout is complete when a total of 100 BBJO are completed.
